What exactly is a Life Transition Coach? A Transition Coach is a partner who walks beside you when life shifts. Whether you are navigating a career change, a relationship ending, or a personal milestone, I help you move through the "messy middle" (the chrysalis) so you can find clarity and emerge with a sense of freedom and purpose.

What happens during a typical session? Each session is a dedicated space for you. We use powerful inquiry and deep listening to explore your current threshold. I won’t give you "the answers"; instead, I help you uncover the answers you already hold within yourself, turning uncertainty into a concrete way forward.

How is coaching different from therapy or counselling? Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds and understanding "why." Coaching is forward-focused; we look at "how" you can move from where you are now to where you want to be. While we acknowledge the past, our work is about uncovering your inner resources to build your future.

Practical & Logistics

How long does the coaching process take? Transformation is a journey, not a sprint. While some find clarity in just a few sessions, most clients find that 3 to 6 months of regular support allows for deep, lasting change. We go at the pace of your own transition.

Do I need a specific problem to start coaching? Not at all. While many people seek coaching during a major life event like redundancy or divorce, others come because they feel a quiet sense of "stuckness" or a desire for more freedom. If you feel you are at a crossroads, coaching can help you choose your path.

Where do the sessions take place? I primarily work online via [Zoom/Video Call], which allows you to be in a comfortable, private space of your own choosing. This flexibility means we can connect regardless of where you are located.

How do I know if we are a good fit? Chemistry is vital in coaching. This is why I offer a complimentary Discovery Call. It’s a no-pressure way for us to meet, discuss your crossroads, and see if my "Beyond the Chrysalis" approach resonates with you.
